By accessing flashandglow.ca or booking services at Flash & Glow Laser, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to treatment. Flash & Glow Laser reserves the right to decline services if we determine treatment is not safe for a client.

Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and other factors. Our team will provide honest expectations during your consultation.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Flash & Glow Laser is not liable for adverse reactions that result from a client's failure to disclose relevant health information prior to treatment.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
